What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?

Only standard courier delivery to your door (R99) is available. Orders over R660 qualify for free delivery. **A surcharge will apply to outlying areas. This applies to paid and free shipping orders. We will contact you should you live in one of these areas.

When will my order be delivered?

Our standard delivery time is 7-10 business days from date payment is received. However, if you ordered a FAST DELIVERY ITEM, we will despatch your order immediately after payment clears and you will receive within a few days. Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order is despatched. We will not be responding to delivery enquiries received before the latest delivery date as we are using our time productively to get every order out as quickly as possible. CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER OR ADD US TO YOUR SAFE SENDER LIST.

Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?

Unfortunately not. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept delivery during business hours.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately we do not allow collections. We based solely online and do not have a shop to collect from.

How to I make paying with credit/debit card using the Zapper App?

At checkout scan the Zapper QR Code with your Zapper App and enter the total order amount for payment. If you missed the QR code at checkout you can find a link to it in your order confirmation email or you can look for it in the FAQ.

Do you accept international payments?

Yes, but all fees related to this (bank/exchange rate) will be for your account. **Please contact us prior to making payment so that we can confirm additional bank fees payable.


I've registered an account on, but your system doesn't find me?

We created a new website and unfortunately weren't able to transfer customer accounts (including order history). That means you will have to register a new account. Please start over with us :)


Are you a wholesaler?

We are only a retail shop and do not sell wholesale.


Do you provide a missing piece service?

Unfortunately we are not a manufacturer and as such do not offer a missing/lost piece service. We sell new (sealed) puzzles sourced from the South African distributor for the relevant brand (manufacturer).
